Hello, I'm Coach Dom
I help young adults lose weight, build muscle, and improve in functional strength permanently.
I focus on building a strong foundation by strictly holding you accountable during this phase. This sets the tone for the rest of your journey and will have something to fall back on and deviate from.
Currently taking 6-7 clients to make sure I can give a highly focused service that is based on results and performance. My program will require full commitment and having a meaningful goal from you.
Working with Dom is an experience like no other. I’ve worked with multiple trainers in the past and while they were able to get me to my fitness goals, I’ve always felt there was a ceiling for growth once those goals were hit.
Dom adapts and strives to keep things moving forward, showcasing his knowledge in the industry with tailored roadmaps to get me to my new goals far beyond the plain 5 days on 2 days off wishy washy repetitive stuff. The growth also doesn’t just focus on fitness. I’ve come to find out that working with him is like having a personal trainer and a life coach all for the price of one.

How it Works
Once I have received your contact info, I will send out an assessment form that will help me personalized your program.
Personal training starts with a free trial of 30-minute consultation and 45-minute training session. This will help me assess where you stand with your physical strengths and weaknesses. We will also be measuring and taking photos of your body composition; if uncomfortable I will be asking you to take a full body photo of yourself at home in natural lightning (front, sides, and rear) - easy way to do this is to prop your phone in selfie mode - take video - and screen shot.
Your program will also be provided a nutrition plan based on your caloric and macronutrient needs. This will help push you out of the mud by making you more disciplined and building a stronger foundation.
Besides weekly check-ins, I will be available to contact 24/7.
